As an active practitioner of Krav Maga and MMA, I’m deeply committed to movement, education, and personal development. I regularly train, teach, and grow within the KMG system, combining modern self-defense principles with a focus on health, safety, and emotional strength.
Beyond techniques, I promote healthy lifestyle habits, mental resilience, and respectful behavior — creating a safe, supportive environment where every child can thrive, physically and emotionally.
